Meet the Counselor

Our young people face a number of challenges:  the expectation of ever-higher academic proficiency, an internationally competitive marketplace and societal factors which may create obstacles to learning for some of our students.  The mission of the Eufaula High School Counseling Program is to provide a support system to students, parents and staff as they strive to meet these growing demands on students.

As Eufaula High School Counselor I am an advocate for any student in need of academic, personal/social, or career development assistance.  Here at EHS, my role is to help students plan their courses and prepare for what comes after high school, be it college or work. This includes helping students search and apply to colleges or places of employment, assisting students in finding financial aid packages or scholarships, arranging college visits for students, helping students find solutions to difficulties with course work or other academic problems, and facilitating communication between and among students, parent, and teachers.

Please don't hesitate to contact me if I can be of assistance in any of these areas.

EHS Counselor
